Two ways to run it, and in each a choice of where the language model runs. Detection identifiers change between releases and the regulation itself moves, so what you pay for is a mapping re-resolved against the version you actually run and kept current as both change.

Billed annually. Pay for the year up front and it drops 10%.

A system is anything under measurement: a server, a workstation, a firewall, a cloud tenant. People are not counted, and neither are events — you are not charged more for logging more.

Why it is banded this way

By systems under measurement, because that is a number you can count without help, and because the alternative — charging per event or per gigabyte — makes a compliance obligation more expensive the more carefully you meet it.

For comparison, the same obligation met through consultancy is quoted at €20,000–50,000 to set up and €15,000–25,000 a year to keep, for an entity of about fifty people.

AI enrichment and triage

Enrichment and triage use a language model to read what has been collected and rank it. Where that model runs is the second line of each pair in the table above. A public model adds nothing to the price. Running it inside your own network needs a GPU there — one you already own, or a device we rent you, ship, keep current and replace if it fails. On the managed rows the GPU is ours either way: shared between tenants at the listed figure, or held for you alone at the dedicated one. It is charged by capacity held, never by query, so the bill does not move when a bad week produces more to read.

If your people cannot do it

Quanovio never remediates, and no price changes that. What VDR Tech does have is TEAM-Z, which runs IT and security work as a managed service — an AI operations team with a person on your side signing anything consequential, and no credential touched without your authorisation. Quanovio and TEAM-Z are two products of the same company, bought separately: separate scope, separate contract, separate credentials, priced by outcome rather than by hour. Whichever you buy, the appliance still holds no write access, and the record still states what the next collection observed rather than what anyone reported.
