You can upgrade your plan anytime directly from the Billing section within your profile.
This section also allows you to securely view your invoices, review billing history, and manage your payment methods.
If you have lost your device where your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code is generated, or you are otherwise unable to access your MFA authenticator, please understand that for paramount security reasons, you cannot reset it yourself.
To ensure the integrity of your account, an administrator's intervention is required to disable or reset your MFA. Please contact our support team immediately using the Contact Us form. Provide as much detail as possible to verify your identity, and we will guide you through the secure process.
